This Italian red wine is made from 50% grapes picked after they are fully ripe, and the other 50% are air-dried, blended after fermentation, and aged in wooden barrels. This wine is deep ruby red, with aromas of plums, cranberries, spices, and chocolate. It tastes rich, with rich mineral and chocolate flavors, balanced acidity, concentration, and a long finish.
