Fritz Windisch winery is located in the Rheinhesson wine region of Germany. The soil there is primarily loess and limestone, with some areas containing volcanic rock and red slate, which allows for the production of some of the most robust Riesling white wines.

This wine, thanks to the presence of Botrytis cinerea (noble rot), boasts a multi-layered aroma. A light, refreshing lemon scent, combined with sweet tropical fruit notes, creates a rich and complex bouquet, reminiscent of Hawaii. A sip reveals a rich and refreshing fruity flavor; the sweetness of the Auslese grapes is balanced by the acidity of the Riesling, resulting in a not-too-sweet, crisp, and not cloying taste.
